Rankly AI is an AI-powered short-video creation platform that helps content creators generate scripts, produce videos, and grow their social media presence. The Service is provided by Phantom Pickup Pros LLC ("Company").
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Rankly AI offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Content generated by Rankly AI is provided for informational and creative purposes. The Company makes no guarantees about the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated scripts or videos. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content created with the Service.
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. You grant the Company a limited license to process your inputs to provide the Service. The Rankly AI brand, software, and underlying technology remain the property of the Company.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. The Company is not responsible for third-party platform policies or actions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules.
