We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process payments and send billing-related communications
• Send service notifications (video ready, limit warnings, account updates)
• Respond to your support requests
• Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Brevo — transactional email delivery
• Anthropic — AI script generation (inputs processed, not stored by us beyond your session)
• Social platforms — only when you explicitly connect and publish to YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in. We use analytics cookies only with your consent. You can manage cookie preferences via the cookie banner at the bottom of our pages.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Videos are stored for 30 days after creation. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account.

• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Data portability — export your data in a machine-readable format
